Happy Father's Day!

I want to say Happy Father's day to all the dads out there. And I want to share a story about Winston, he didn't give my husband a father's day gift this morning, but he does want to go to the dog park.

Now, on to other topics. I spent most of yesterday cleaning and it felt good. Like I wasn't just cleansing the house, but cleansing my body. Leading to other ways to cleanse the body.  Lately, I feel that I have gotten a stupid bug from the kids at work (yes, kiddo always get you sick) But I have been thinking, about eating healthier food.




So, what do you all think?

Ive been trying to eat a lot healthier also. Maybe to lose a few pounds but more so just to have more energy and feel less tired. Ive tried to remember all the food tricks they show on The Biggest Loser. I didn't know about the gum! I will amity though that having gum can take the craving for food away.

Yea, gum can be interesting. It's so yummy, bu chewing it does make you bloat. :P
